Anxiety: The double edge
Some Anxiety can be a good thing such as in an exam, the anticipation will help you prepare, or when you are in a dangerous situation. Its a natural response to prepare you for either facing something or running away.
Too much anxiety can be harmful, our performance in that exam could be compromised or even overreacting to situations that arent dangerous at all.
